Cancellation Policy

Please note, you must pay in full at time of booking. What is the cancellation policy? ***Sometimes things happen and rescheduling is necessary. We understand that. If you need to cancel your appointment, a 48 hour notice is required for rescheduling or a refund. If you miss a scheduled session, a one time grace rescheduling is given without penalty. If you miss a second scheduled session, rescheduling is not available and refunds are not given. What is the refund policy? ***Clients who are more than 10min late, or no-show, will not receive a refund. *** the Healing Practitioners have a right to end your appointment with out refund if you are harassing, inappropriate, or harmful verbally to the practitioner during your session. It is rare, but every once and awhile the practitioners will feel you are not an energetic match and have the rights to terminate the session, and will refund you in that case only. They may cancel the appointment and refund you, if they do not feel that there is an energetic connection with you or your people in spirit. ***Refunds are given on a case by case basis. Please email us at darenandluna@gmail.com to submit your refund request. If the refund is approved, it will be issued in USD minus a 5% service charge. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after approval. How to reschedule? If for some reason you need to reschedule your session, it needs to be done 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Please email us at darenandluna@gmail.com with the heading Rescheduling, and we will contact you with the next few available appointment times we have. Should we need to cancel or miss your appointment, we will do my best to reschedule your session as soon as we can. We will work with you on finding the soonest possible time and date that works for all of us.
