FAQ Breathwork
It’s a gentle, connected breath pattern where the inhale flows smoothly into the exhale without pause. This rhythm helps move stagnant energy, release stored emotions, and open space for clarity and healing.
No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome, whether it’s your first time or you’ve practiced breathwork before. You’ll be guided step by step.
You may experience tingling, temperature changes, emotional release (tears, laughter), or waves of energy. Some feel spacious calm or receive insights and inner guidance. Each journey is unique.
These elements help deepen the process. Sacred sounds and light language communicate beyond the mind, while channeled messages from spirit can bring comfort, clarity, or affirmation.
After the active breathing, there’s a period of rest and integration. We offer time for grounding, journaling, and sharing to help anchor the experience.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing and layers to stay warm or cool 
- Bring a pillow to support emotional release 
- Have blankets and extra pillows to get cozy 
- Use an eye pillow or covering for breathwork and meditation 
- Set up a comfortable place to lie down and breathe undisturbed 
- Bring a journal and pen for reflections afterward 
- Please fast (avoid heavy meals) for 2-3 hours before joining 
- Please come clean and pause on mind-altering substances beforehand 
- Keep your video on so the facilitators can guide the energy 
- Update Zoom to the latest version 
When guided responsibly, breathwork is generally very safe. If you’re pregnant, have heart conditions, or specific mental health concerns, consult your healthcare provider first and let us know so we can support you appropriately.
Most people can join. If you have medical concerns, it’s best to talk with your doctor and share anything important with us before the session.
It’s not recommended to jump into work, problem-solving, or anything highly logical immediately afterward. Instead, we suggest giving yourself time to rest, reflect, or simply be — allowing the energetic and emotional reset to integrate more fully into your body and mind.
