How should I prepare?

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing and layers to stay warm or cool
 • Bring a pillow to support emotional release
 • Have blankets and extra pillows to get cozy
 • Use an eye pillow or covering for breathwork and meditation
 • Set up a comfortable place to lie down and breathe undisturbed
 • Bring a journal and pen for reflections afterward
 • Please fast (avoid heavy meals) for 2-3 hours before joining
 • Please come clean and pause on mind-altering substances beforehand
 • Keep your video on so the facilitators can guide the energy
 • Update Zoom to the latest version

Can I go back to work or do something logical right after the session?

It’s not recommended to jump into work, problem-solving, or anything highly logical immediately afterward. Instead, we suggest giving yourself time to rest, reflect, or simply be — allowing the energetic and emotional reset to integrate more fully into your body and mind.
