How to Prepare for Breathwork
- 
Find a cozy space to lie down with room to breathe deeply 
- 
Use headphones (preferred) or speakers for guidance and music 
- 
Avoid alternating substances, heavy meals and caffeine for 1–2 hours before 
- 
Fast at least 12 hours beforehand (no food) 
- 
Dress in loose, comfortable clothing and keep blankets or pillows nearby 
- 
Have water and a journal ready for reflection afterward 
- 
Come with an open mind and heart, ready to feel and release 
Just breathe, trust the process, and let your body and soul guide you.
