How to Prepare for Breathwork

  • Find a cozy space to lie down with room to breathe deeply

  • Use headphones (preferred) or speakers for guidance and music

  • Avoid alternating substances, heavy meals and caffeine for 1–2 hours before

  • Fast at least 12 hours beforehand (no food)

  • Dress in loose, comfortable clothing and keep blankets or pillows nearby

  • Have water and a journal ready for reflection afterward

  • Come with an open mind and heart, ready to feel and release

Just breathe, trust the process, and let your body and soul guide you.
