It’s a powerful yet gentle practice where Daren and Luna channel Kundalini Shakti energy — your natural life force — to awaken and realign your system. Unlike active practices like yoga or breathwork, this is completely passive: you simply lie down, relax, and receive.
Everyone’s journey is unique, but people often report:
- Blissful or deeply pleasurable sensations 
- Emotional release (such as grief, sadness, anger) 
- Spontaneous movements or subtle energy shifts 
- Heightened intuition, visuals, sounds, or sensory awareness 
- A deep sense of peace and self-connection 
- Lasting shifts in perception and energy levels 
Just be open to receive. You’ll rest comfortably, breathe naturally, and allow the energy to flow. Daren and Luna also blend in Light Language and sacred sound to support the activation.
- Make sure your laptop or phone has a stable internet connection 
- Use Bluetooth headphones (recommended) or good speakers 
- Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed 
- Keep your video on so the facilitators can guide the energy 
- Update Zoom to the latest version 
- Avoid heavy meals and caffeine for at least 3 hours before 
- Be substance-free (no alcohol or altering substances) for 24 hours before and after 
- Leave time afterwards to rest and integrate, without rushing to other plans 
- Wear comfortable clothes and layers 
- Blanket(s) or pillow(s) to stay cozy 
- Eye mask 
- Tissues 
- Journal and pen 
- Water 
- A snack or meal for after the session
