"I had the honor of attending a series of six Kundalini Awakening Sessions with Daren and Luna — beautiful, beautiful journeys they were!! The elevated energy in each session provided the experience of me going into deep inquiry. Answers to significant life questions I’d been asking became illuminated in those spaces / on those journeys.
I found a lot of physical freedom in these sessions too!! If my body wanted to move I allowed it to move! Whether it was dancing, moving mudras, or the body simply exploring movement beyond ‘what makes sense’ — so much freedom was discovered and allowed within many of the journeys that I participated in.
