What happens during a breathwork session?

We open with a grounding meditation and intention setting, inviting you to center and clarify what you wish to release or call in.

You’ll lie down comfortably and learn the conscious circular breathing technique — a steady, connected breath that helps bring buried emotions and energies to the surface.

Throughout the journey, we interweave sacred sounds, light language, and messages from spirit to guide and support the process.
