About me
I love helping people come home to themselves through my work, and I thank you for your trust in me.
I know it’s not easy trying new modalities or self-care approaches. It can take even more courage when you’re trying something that’s outside your comfort zone. If this is you, please know that I see you and I’m cheering for you!
Your wellbeing and sense of security are extremely important, so I want to be clear about what you can expect every time you work with me:
You will be safe. You can feel any emotion as it arises and know that you are safe with me. I will be with you, holding a supportive and loving space for your experience. You might see, feel, taste or sense things. You might move your body or use your voice. Everything is welcome and is kept confidential between you and me.
Your session will be tailored to fit your needs. I can voice or sing messages from Spirit, or I can relay the energy silently with my hands if we are working in person–or both! This is your session and you get to say how you would like to receive the energy work. Spirit sometimes makes itself known through heat and volume. If anything is too loud, I can ask that Spirit come through more gently.
My intent is that everything be for your benefit and greatest good. Each time I work with someone, I receive a special kind of energy called “Kundalini.” This is energy that moves through your chakras (aligned energy centers of the body) to promote physical, emotional, mental and / or spiritual growth and healing. Wherever you need support is where the energy will go.
My Story
I have always been highly attuned and sensitive to energy that others don’t necessarily notice. When I was a child, I made observations and asked questions that surprised the adults around me. Since they didn’t understand what I was sensing, they weren’t able to explain it to me. It left me feeling confused about what I was experiencing, and I wondered if it was “bad” or “wrong.”
After the birth of my first child, in 2015, I knew it was time to focus on healing the trauma from my past. As I worked through old hurts that remained in my mind, heart and body, and released them, the gifts and sensibilities from my childhood finally had room to expand. I began to awaken spiritually and fully move into my truth.
In 2021, I worked with several energy healers and learned about Light Language. You can think of Light Language as the language of the soul expressed through unconditional love. This sounds different from spoken languages we’re used to using. Sometimes I channel other languages spoken around the world, without actually knowing that language myself!
As I continued my personal spiritual growth, I realized that the sensitivity I’d always had to energy from higher planes was being magnified. It was like I’d plugged my individual power cord into the outlet of universal energy. I could see Spirit and hear messages from Spirit. I began to sing, sign (American Sign Language), channel and express in high vibrational, universal languages.
Tapping into higher vibrational energy was vitalizing and filled me with joy. The more I learned and grew, the more I wanted to share my gifts with others.

My Qualifications & Training
In the summer of 2022, I took a class on Intuitiveness with renowned medium, Nicole Lindi. Nicole taught me to trust the information I receive with my psychic senses and everything it reveals. When I work with clients, I wholly accept whatever I naturally intuit and I use that information to guide my clients in their becoming. I often hear things through Spirit (this is called clairaudience). One time when I was working with someone, Spirit showed me two names, and I didn’t understand why. I later learned that one was a nickname!
Besides using my natural gifts to bridge between Spirit and my clients, I have also been trained in the Usui Reiki method and am a Reiki Master.
Reiki is what most people think of first when they hear the term “energy work.” It’s based on early Buddhist teachings around the idea that imbalances in a person’s energetic field can affect their physical, mental and emotional states.
Someone who has been certified in Reiki is able to direct energy with the intention that it works for another person’s greatest good. When I work with clients, I use Reiki to allow for an even higher vibrational energetic experience than if I used Light Language alone.
I am fluent in American Sign Language, having studied locally at Portland Community College for 3 years. I also spent 2 years in PCC’s Sign Language Interpretation Program and I am passionate about making my work accessible to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.
In 2023, I felt called to learn a new modality and became a Certified Crystalline Soul Healing® practitioner by Jayme Price. This is an ancient Lyran Template Jayme created with her guides. While the template runs through a vast amount of information, it supports us to understand the power of healing with a set intention.
My Life's Work
I am called to act as a bridge between Spirit and those who seek to reconnect with themselves and live more authentically. I work with clients all over the world–long-distance, virtually and in-person.
Witnessing people like Myles come home to themselves fills me with awe and thanks. I am forever grateful to the angels, guides, mentors and all other high vibrational energies who dwell in love, light and healing, for supporting me in my ascension process.
